Job summary

FWD Group is seeking an experienced Communications and Community Care professional to lead signature Group programmes across markets, developing campaigns and measuring impact. You will collaborate with local teams, manage data insights, drive volunteer initiatives and enhance knowledge sharing across markets, with a strong focus on ESG reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English required.
• 5+ years in CSR, corporate communications, employee engagement or related fields.
• Experience across multiple markets in Asia is preferred.
• Strong planning, implementation and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage signature Group Community Care programmes addressing social needs, scalable and sustainable.
• Develop and execute communications, storytelling, promotional materials, campaigns and content to drive engagement.
• Responsible for performance measurement and reporting of Community Care targets.
• Collaborate with Community Care Leads across all FWD markets to enhance knowledge sharing.
• Consolidate data and collect local market insights to measure programme effectiveness.
• Drive volunteerism activities to deepen employee engagement and opportunities.
