Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is expanding its AI Centre of Excellence to accelerate AI adoption across the organization. The role supports governance, delivery, and the space where AI opportunities turn into measurable business value, working with business and IT to deliver impactful solutions.

You will manage the AI use case portfolio, generate dashboards and insights for informed decision-making, and drive governance, risk management and benefits realisation across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline (BA, IT, CS).
• 5+ years in business analysis, digital transformation, portfolio management, PMO, governance or COE functions.
• Good understanding of AI, Generative AI, delivery governance, portfolio reporting, benefits management and organisational change.
• Fully conversant with Microsoft 365 and reporting or project tools such as Power BI, Azure DevOps or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and development of the AI CoE, and coordinate cross-functional forums, governance activities and knowledge assets.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to analyse requirements, streamline processes and shape AI and digital solutions into actionable delivery plans.
• Maintain and manage the AI use case portfolio, including intake, assessment, prioritisation, governance tracking, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation.
• Develop portfolio dashboards, management reports and insights to support decision-making, adoption monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote AI delivery standards, governance practices and capability building through workshops, stakeholder engagement and guidance.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration / Information Technology / Computer Science or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in business analysis, digital transformation, portfolio management, Project Management Office (PMO), governance, consulting or Centre of Excellence functions
• Good understanding of AI, Generative AI, delivery governance, portfolio reporting, benefits management and organisational change
• Fully conversant with the Microsoft 365 and reporting or project tools such as Power BI, Azure DevOps or Jira
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with excellent command of both English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Application Developer - AI & Digital Solutions position
