Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Agency Campaigns Manager to support the planning and execution of agency campaigns, incentive programs, recognition initiatives and communications to drive engagement and growth.

The role collaborates with internal teams and agencies to implement segmentation initiatives and related activities, leveraging MDRT programs and data analytics to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in agency development, sales management, incentives, campaigns, or analytics.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or agency distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications, presentations and promotional materials for campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, participation rates and ROI; suggest improvements.

The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure smooth implementation of various agency segmentation development and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of agency segmentation initiatives, incentive programs, promotional campaigns and recognition activities.
• Coordinate agency communications, including emails, presentations, promotional materials and digital communications.
• Monitor campaign performance, participation rates, and business outcomes, and recommend enhancement strategies to improve effectiveness.
• Conduct post-campaign evaluations and identify key learnings, opportunities, and ROI improvements.
• Coordinate campaign launches, communications, qualification tracking, and fulfillment processes.
• Support the development and promotion of MDRT culture and related development initiatives to strengthen agency engagement and recognition.
• Design and manage recognition programs that reinforce high-performance culture and advisor engagement.
• Assist in organizing agency events, recognition programs and engagement activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare reports, campaign updates and presentation materials for management review.
• Support administrative duties including payment processing, incentive fulfilment, event logistics and record management.

Preferred skills

• Strong knowledge of MDRT programs, sales contests, recognition platforms, and advisor development initiatives is an advantage.
• Solid campaigns and contests management with stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong teamwork and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in agency development, sales management, incentives, campaigns, agency operations, business analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or agency distribution environments is preferred.
