Sun Life Financial in Hong Kong invites new graduates to join the FLAME Management Trainee Program, a 24-month leadership journey designed to accelerate growth through cross-functional rotations across Life & Health, exposure to senior leaders, and hands-on projects applying AI, data and analytics to real client and business challenges.

You will work full-time from Aug 2027, participate in developmental rotations, lead initiatives, and build commercial acumen while contributing to transformation

Qualifications

• Graduates with up to 2 years’ full-time work experience, or due to graduate by July 2027.
