Job description

• Responsible for performing system migration, maintain and support for project or system enhancement to meet business goals and objectives
• Support work related to information technology and be responsible for related document work
• Monitor the project management to ensure project deliverables are in line with the project plan, schedule and budget
• Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, testing, issue management and lifecycle management
• Understand business process, requirements and translating them to functional requirements
• Maintain inventory record of computer hardware & software
• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of working experience in IT infrastructure support
• Solid experience in project management, business analysis and/or vendor management
• Experience in project policies and procedures establishment, operational control, quality assurance, compliance monitoring and risk management.
