Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor compliance of third-party vendors and consultants on executable work items;
• Design, develop and perform project implementation of various software applications, system integration and enhancement of back-end systems;
• Provide delivery works including programming, feasibility study, design, testing, system acceptance, capacity planning, technical support, quality assurance and proof-of-concept development;
• To conduct tender / quotation and ensure vendors meeting SLA and QA their deliverables in detail;
• Project management ensure project go live on time, and within budget;
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, System Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT management;
• Experience on Vendor management and project management;
• Knowledge and experience in CRM, POS, CRM, SAP or ERP systems;
• A proactive problem solver with outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Good analytical skill with business acumen, presentation skill, able to work independently;
• Attentive to details, strong numerical sense, responsible, self-motivated and well-organized;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
