Qualifications

• A recognised bachelor’s degree, preferably in psychology, counselling, social work, or education.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post‑qualification work experience.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong experience in organising mass programmes and conducting workshops.
• Strong computer literacy to manage various online systems.

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamicleader to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in organising mass programmes that support students’ adjustment, integration, and providing training, mentoring, and advising for students. The role may also provide case‑related support to psychological counsellors, including urgent student emotional support if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external parties and professionals to organise and deliver mass programmes, activities and workshops for student leaders and SEN students;
• Provide training, mentoring and guidance for student leaders and SEN students;
• Perform administrative duties to plan and organise the Centre’s classroom learning activities and online courses; and
• Conduct workshops on psychological competence.

Requirements:

• A recognised bachelor’s degree, preferably in psychology, counselling, social work, or education;

The initial appointment will be made on a two-year fixed‑term contract. Reappointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
