Job summary

The V Group in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Finance Manager (Accounts Receivable) to lead the AR team in daily receivable tasks and ensure accurate, compliant recording. You will monitor related cash movements, bank reconciliations, and generate AR analytics to streamline collections.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 3 years AR experience, CPA qualification, and strong IFRS knowledge.

Qualifications

• AR experience required with strong integrity and accuracy.
• CPA qualification is preferred for progression.
• Familiarity with real estate/property sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computerised accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AR team to perform daily accounting receivable duties.
• Ensure all transactions follow corporate guidelines with integrity.
• Monitor accounts payable, fund requests & transfers, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare AR analytical reports and streamline collections workflow.

Assistant Finance Manager (Account Receivables)

The V Group is one of the largest owner-developer-operators in Hong Kong specializing in developing and operating a dynamic range of serviced apartments and residences. Our business covers prime areas of Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Happy Valley, Mid-levels, and West Kowloon.

Responsibilities

Supervise AR team to perform daily accounting receivable duties to achieve the company’s target in efficient manner

Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate guidelines with high degree of integrity and accuracy

Monitor the account payable, fund request & transfer, bank reconciliations

In charge of AR analytical report, streamline the collection workflow and logistics

Requirements

University graduate with a degree in Accounting / Finance or a related discipline

At least 3 years of experience in AR function. Experience working in real estate/property commerical sector is preferred

Qualified Public Accountant

Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, banking facilities, bank loan control, etc.

High proficiency in PC operations such as MS Word and Excel

Willingness and ability to handle challenges and changes

Immediate available is highly preferred

Less experience will be considered as Accountant (Accounts Receivable)
