Job summary

Morgan McKinley Hong Kong seeks a polished Guest Experience & Events Lead to welcome VIP visitors, deliver bilingual/trilingual tours, and tailor presentations showcasing fintech innovations.

You will design VIP routes, manage corporate events end-to-end, supervise the executive lounge, and coordinate logistics, catering, and venue upkeep in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality, Event Management, PR or related field.
• 4–6 years of guest service and event management experience in airlines, luxury hotels, high-end private clubs, executive centres, or coworking spaces.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Fast learner with attention to detail and strong team skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the executive lounge and arrange high-end F&B services for high-level meetings.
• Ensure impeccable venue maintenance, inventory management, and hygiene.

Top-tier Corporate Guest Experience

• Act as the brand ambassador to deliver personalized, bilingual/trilingual guided tours and presentations for VIP visitors (government delegations, institutional clients, and senior executives).
• Customize visiting routes, VIP protocols, and presentation materials; continuously refine corporate storytelling scripts to reflect the brand's latest Fintech innovations.

Corporate Event & Venue Management

• Plan and execute end-to-end corporate events, including strategic signing ceremonies, industry seminars, cross-border exchanges etc.
• Manage event logistics: proposal writing, onsite setups and control, vendor sourcing (catering, production, gifts), crisis management, and post-event reviews.

Executive Lounge & Bespoke Hospitality Management

• Oversee the daily operations and ambiance of the private lounge
• Arrange high-end food & beverage services during high-level executive meetings, board luncheons, and private banquets.
• Ensure impeccable venue maintenance, inventory management, floral arrangements, and operational hygiene.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, Communications, or related disciplines.
• 4-6 years of guest service and event management experience in airlines, luxury hotels, high-end private clubs, executive centres, or co-working space
• Native or near-native fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills are required
