Turner & Townsend Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to lead pre- and post-contract cost management across major infrastructure, utilities and commercial projects. You will drive cost planning, procurement, contract administration, variations and final accounts, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients and consultants to maximise value.

A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is required; professional accreditation such as HKIS/RICS is preferred for senior

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Assistant Cost Manager: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Cost Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost planning, procurement, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
• Proficiency in CostX or equivalent cost management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, power, airport, rail, data centre, industrial, or commercial projects is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets.
• Conduct tendering, procurement, tender evaluation, and contract documentation.
• Monitor project costs, valuations, variations, claims, and change control processes.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts.
• Support commercial negotiations and contract administration activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members where applicable.
