Assistant Corporate Communications Manager (with 3 years work experience)

Job Purpose: Let’s make a difference. If you are social-media savvy, creative and can bring humanitarian messages to the community in a way that every target segment welcomes, consider joining us.

This position works closely with Manager of Corporate Communications to drive the Agency’s social media growth, brand visibility and audience engagement across digital platforms. The role leads the development of integrated social media strategies, content planning and paid promotion campaigns, while leveraging analytics and consumer insights to optimise performance, strengthen brand reputation and support organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage the end-to-end corporate social media strategy across all key online platforms including content creation, community engagement, and brand management;
• Support the monitoring and reporting on social media and campaign performance metrics data to derive actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and prove the value of communications efforts to business goals;
• Plan, execute and optimise both organic and paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, ad performance monitoring and conversion optimisation;
• Manage the Agency’s social media presence and online communities, ensuring timely engagement and alignment with brand guidelines;
• Analyse social media, digital marketing and campaign performance data, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve reach, engagement and campaign effectiveness;
• Collaborate with service units and internal stakeholders to develop impactful storytelling opportunities, multimedia content and integrated communication campaigns;
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, digital marketing innovations and competitor activities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Proactively monitor digital channels to manage brand sentiment and respond to potential reputation risks in a timely manner;
• Support branding, marketing and public engagement initiatives to enhance the Agency’s visibility and public profile

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 3 years work experience with a strong track record and portfolio of various projects;
• Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies with measurable growth and engagement results;
• Hands‑on experience in paid social advertising, including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads or similar advertising platforms;
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to write compelling social media content and communication materials in both English and Chinese;
• Solid understanding of social media platform algorithms, audience behaviour, content trends and community management best practices;
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations;
• Experience gained from a marketing, digital or creative agency will be highly preferred;
• Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously; and
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Contract Period: 2 years (renewable)
