Job summary

Tai Hung Fai Enterprise Co Ltd is seeking a Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance and repair of hotel equipment. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure all work aligns with contracts, leases and warranties, and oversee the Master Planned Maintenance schedule.

The role requires 4 years of hotel or apartment engineering experience with at least 2 years in supervision, plus relevant licenses. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ Hotel or Apartment engineering experience with 2 years in supervisory capacity.
• Higher Diploma in Engineering (Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental) or equivalent is an advantage but not a must.
• Holders of various technical licenses and safety certificates are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor overall installation, maintenance and repair work of Hotel equipments.
• Lead and manage subordinates to ensure engineering responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with contracts, leases, services agreements and warranties.
• Ensure system preventative maintenance are completed in accordance with the Master Planned Maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with external contractors in carrying out routine maintenance and ensure technical efficiency of all services through close supervision.
• Keep track of efficient utilities generation and distribution.
• Monitor engineering tools and report stock level.
