Job summary

Hong Kong Football Club in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Catering Sales professional to handle day-to-day sales activities, develop new business, and support banquet functions for sports events at our Causeway Bay venue. You will prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate event logistics with clients, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and quality service.

Requirements include 2–3 years in F&B/hospitality, English and Chinese proficiency, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Degree or above in hospitality/catering is preferred.
• 2–3 years' solid F&B/hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication in English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with Delphi/Opera S&C is a plus.

Requirements

• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Knowledge of Banquet sales software “Delphi" is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Special skills: Delphi, Opera S&C
• Self-motivated with pleasant personality, able to work independently and meticulous
