• Previous Term Maintenance Contract experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and provide professional advice on maintenance, repair, and upgrading works.
• Prepare statutory submissions and tender documents when required.
• Coordinate with parties for arranging maintenance and repair works.
