Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an Assistant Digital Business Solution Manager to drive development and operation of Quest, an AI-powered platform that helps financial consultants prepare for customer conversations with approved product information and market context.

Reporting to the Product Owner, you will translate agent and stakeholder needs into implementable requirements, define expected AI behavior, coordinate release readiness and guide junior analysts in an agile,

Qualifications

6+ years in business analysis, digital product delivery or technology-enabled transformation.
Experience coordinating end-to-end delivery within an Agile team.
Experience converting complex business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
Experience in insurance or regulated financial services preferred.
Fluency in Cantonese and English; written Chinese capability preferred.
Practical experience with AI/LLM-enabled products and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery and analysis across the Quest backlog and translate needs into requirements and Jira stories.
Define AI behaviour, acceptance standards and output grounding for AI-generated content.
Coordinate delivery across product, UI/UX, engineering, data and testing teams; surface risks early.
Plan business testing, UAT scenarios and release readiness with evidence-based go/no-go decisions.
Prepare product and risk documentation for Legal, Compliance and AI-governance review.
Monitor adoption, feature usage and release performance; suggest backlog changes.
