Job summary

Rue Madame Fashion Group is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support month-end closing, financial reporting, and cash monitoring for its Hong Kong operations. The role involves liaising with auditors, preparing management accounts, and assisting in system implementations to improve control.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in fashion retail accounting, strong numeric and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, MYOB, and Multiable.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above in Accounting with LCCI level
• At least 3 years' solid experience in commercial industry with knowledge in fashion retail is highly preferred
• Familiar with MYOB and Multiable accounting systems

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end closing and financial reports
• Handle payment issues and monitor cash balance
• Assist in maintaining accounting and operation control
• Assist in system implementation for accounting systems
• Prepare management accounts and audit schedules, liaise with auditors
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

Responsibilities:

• It is an advantage if have full set experience / Prepare month-end closing and financial reports
• Handle payment issue and assist in monitoring the cash balance of the Group
• Prepare month-end closing and financial reports
• Prepare management accounts and audit schedules, liaise with auditors
• Assist in maintaining accounting and operation control
• Assist in system implementation for accounting systems
• Participate in ad-hoc projects
• Familiar with computerized Accounting system in Multiable and AI would be an asset

Key requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Accounting, with LCCI level
• At least3 years' solid experience in commercial industry with knowledge in fashion retail is highly preferred
• Familiar with computerized Accounting system in MYOB and Multiable would be an asset
• Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g. MS Word & Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills, committed, responsible with hands‑on experiences
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong numeric sense and detail orientedis a must
• Good command of English and Chinese
