Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recovery and management of problem credits or distressed assets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong team communication, collaboration, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good written and communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Experience liaising with external agencies such as solicitor firms, property agencies, and auctioneers.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recovery and disposal strategies for overdue retail loans, including potential litigation.
• Handle all tasks in the recovery and disposal process, including reminders, demand letters, repayment plans, and collateral management.
• Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to facilitate collection activities.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the department.
