Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Junior Retail/Distribution Sales Associate to support the distribution of investment products to retail clients, high-net-worth customers, financial advisors and channels.

The role involves building relationships with advisors, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating events, with a focus on asset management and wealth sales in a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields.
• 5-8 years of sales, client servicing or marketing experience in financial services or asset management.
• Fluent Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interest in investment products and wealth sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and distribute investment funds and products to retail investors and financial intermediaries.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors and partner channels.
• Prepare marketing materials, sales pitches, and product presentations.
• Communicate with clients and partners to introduce products and answer queries.
• Coordinate meetings, seminars, webinars, and events.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate client and partner data.
• Monitor market trends and product performance to support sales strategies.
• Assist onboarding, documentation, and compliance for clients.
• Support the sales team with admin tasks and reporting.
