Job summary

Fuku in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead hands-on investment compliance within a team of six. You will conduct pre-trade and post-trade reviews using Bloomberg AIM and code compliance rules in the system.

You will maintain investment compliance policies, advise investment teams, and handle general compliance tasks. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above, 3–8 years in investment compliance, with fluency in English and Mandarin, and experience in an established

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above; Master’s degree preferable.
Strong 3–8 years of solid experience in investment compliance, hands-on with Bloomberg AIM.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements including Fund Manager Code of Conduct, UT Code, MPF etc.
Good understanding of the asset management business and knowledge of SFC authorized funds, UCITS, Cayman SPC.

Responsibilities

Serve as a hands-on investment compliance professional within a Compliance team of 6 members.
Conduct pre-trade and post-trade reviews using Bloomberg AIM.
Code compliance rules in Bloomberg AIM.
Maintain and update investment compliance policies.
Provide investment compliance advice to investment teams.
Perform general compliance tasks as required.
