Job summary

Fuku in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead hands-on investment compliance within a team of six. You will conduct pre-trade and post-trade reviews using Bloomberg AIM and code compliance rules in the system.

You will maintain investment compliance policies, advise investment teams, and handle general compliance tasks. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above, 3–8 years in investment compliance, with fluency in English and Mandarin, and experience in an established

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Master’s degree preferable.
• Strong 3–8 years of solid experience in investment compliance, hands-on with Bloomberg AIM.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements including Fund Manager Code of Conduct, UT Code, MPF etc.
• Good understanding of the asset management business and knowledge of SFC authorized funds, UCITS, Cayman SPC.

Pre-requisites

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university; Master’s degree is preferable
• 3-8 years of solid experience in investment compliance, with hands-on experience in Bloomberg AIM
• Experience in a well-established asset management firm is preferable
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, including the Fund Manager Code of Conduct, UT Code, MPF regulations, etc.
• Strong understanding of the asset management business
• Good knowledge of SFC authorized funds, UCITs, Cayman SPC, etc.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
