Qualifications

• 20+ years of industry-related experience.
• MBA, JD or other advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of mutual fund industry, securities markets, and buy-side trading.
• Broad familiarity with global requirements for advisers availing products of global distribution.
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong SFC regulatory requirements.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and corporate compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asia Compliance Team for Fidelity Investments Hong Kong, overseeing compliance, risk management and AML/CTF under SFC jurisdiction.
• Collaborate with US teams to deliver portfolio monitoring, client onboarding, rule management, regulatory reporting and trade surveillance.
• Provide periodic reporting to Directors of the Hong Kong Adviser’s board and the Trade Oversight Committee.
• Maintain relationships with regulators in Asian jurisdictions and senior management.
