Job summary

TF International Securities in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Asset Management Marketing Specialist to lead market promotion and brand building across asset management product lines. You will coordinate planning, production, and iteration of marketing collateral; independently draft and produce promotional materials, pitchbooks, product leaflets, and roadshow content.

You will produce regular product newsletters, performance updates, and operations reports to support front‑office activities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Minimum 3 years in the Hong Kong asset management industry; marketing or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong copywriting, marketing planning, and client relationship skills; proficient in PowerPoint.

Job description

• Responsible for market promotion and professional brand building across asset management product lines, and establishing a product marketing framework.
• Coordinate the planning, production, and iteration of various marketing collateral; independently draft and produce professional promotional materials, including Pitchbooks, product marketing materials, and roadshow materials.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc product Newsletters, performance updates, and operational updates to provide full-lifecycle marketing support for front-office business.
• Expand and maintain networks with clients and distribution partners, explore business opportunities, and drive product fundraising and business conversion;
• Monitor onshore and offshore asset management market updates, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to support business decision-making.
• Ensure that marketing materials, promotional content, and external outputs comply with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulatory requirements.
• Complete other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines; fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the Hong Kong asset management industry; candidates with experience in marketing, sales support, or existing client resources are preferred.
• Familiar with the Hong Kong financial market ecosystem, with an understanding of mainstream asset management product structures such as onshore and offshore funds, RQFII, etc.
• Solid financial copywriting skills and marketing planning capabilities; proficient in PowerPoint for material creation; excellent business communication, client coverage, and relationship management skills.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or FRM are preferred.
