Qualifications

• Senior technology executive with a track record as CTO/CIO or equivalent in PE-backed or top-tier technology advisory contexts.
• Experience translating investment theses into technology execution roadmaps and scalable playbooks.
• Ability to lead large-scale technology transformation programs and design operating models (onshore/offshore, build vs buy).
• Strong background in AI/ML adoption, digital transformation, and data infrastructure.
• Proven ability to influence at C-level and PE stakeholder groups across portfolio companies.

Responsabilités

• Partner with portfolio management, deal teams, and GPS peers to develop technology value creation roadmaps.
• Advise portfolio companies on architecting and executing large-scale technology transformations (carve-outs, acquisitions, modernization, cloud migration).
• Evaluate technology spend and optimize across labor, software, hardware, and services to drive profitability.
• Shape technology operating models and vendor management frameworks across the portfolio.
• Build a network of technology leaders to fill permanent or interim roles at portfolio companies.
• Lead technology leadership summits and community forums to share best practices and accelerate execution.
