The Carlyle Group’s GPS Asia team seeks a technology leader to act as the primary technology value creation resource across Asia Buyout portfolio companies. You will translate investment theses into concrete execution roadmaps and scale playbooks, partnering with portfolio management and deal teams to drive tech-led value creation.

As a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and PE teams, you will shape architecture, operating models, and partnerships, while building a durable ecosystem of tech leaders

Competenze

• Deep expertise across the technology value creation landscape including product engineering and AI/ML adoption.
• Ability to lead large, complex technology transformation programs with competing priorities.
• Experience designing technology operating models and vendor management frameworks.
• Proven track record translating investments into measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with private equity deal processes and portfolio management expectations.
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite and PE investment professionals.
