The Carlyle Group is seeking a seasoned GPS Asia CIO to lead technology value creation across Carlyle’s Asia Buyout portfolio. You will partner with portfolio management, deal teams, and GPS peers to translate investment theses into executable technology roadmaps and scalable playbooks.

As the primary technology leader for Asia, you will shape architecture, modernization, cloud migration, vendor management, and operating model design, driving disciplined, measurable outcomes for portfolio

Qualifikationen

• 10-15 years of professional experience in technology leadership.
• Deep expertise across product engineering, software architecture, infrastructure modernization, digital transformation, and AI/ML.
• Experience with onshore/offshore hybrid models and vendor management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute technology value creation roadmaps aligned to each company’s investment thesis.
• Advise on architecture and large-scale transformation programs including cloud migration.
• Evaluate technology spend and optimize across labor, software, hardware and services.
• Build and maintain a network of technology leaders for portfolio companies.
• Support deal teams with technology diligence and risk assessment.
