Job summary

Manulife, Asia Data Office, is seeking a Head of Data Architecture to define and govern enterprise data and AI architecture strategy across Asia. You will own end-to-end solution architecture for major data initiatives and drive platform modernization with cloud-native approaches.

Leading a regional team, you will ensure scalable, secure, production-ready delivery aligned with global standards and regional regulations, partnering with CIO/CDO and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in defining enterprise-scale data and AI platforms.
• Experience leading architecture across multiple markets in Asia.
• Strong governance, risk, and regulatory awareness in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Asia enterprise data & AI architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture for key data analytics and AI initiatives.
• Drive architectural alignment with global standards, regulatory requirements, and business strategy.
• Lead architecture governance forums and design authorities across markets.
