Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking an Asia-based Cybersecurity Transformation and Capability Lead. The role drives transformation to translate global strategy into practical changes for business and tech teams, applying risk-based judgement and Manulife's Change Enablement Framework.

The position requires extensive experience in cybersecurity transformation, change management and cross-functional leadership across Asia markets, with a preference for credentials such as Prosci/CCMP or PMP and

Qualifications

10+ years of cybersecurity transformation or complex technology change in large/regulatory environments.
Structured change methods (ADKAR) applied in large programs.
Experience in FI/Insurance with regional Asia exposure and collaboration with global teams.
Change practitioner or project management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity transformation and adoption plans aligned with Global Strategy and Asia priorities.
Assess impacts across security, business, technology and people; define mitigations and adoption sequences.
Partner with Asia CISO capabilities, Global Cybersecurity teams, markets and service owners to embed change and benefits realization.
Apply Change Enablement Framework; coach delivery teams and use data to sustain adoption.
Engage stakeholders early; communicate risks and governance with clarity; surface barriers and decisions.
