Job summary

Manulife seeks an Asia Cybersecurity Transformation and Capability Lead to drive the transformation of the Global Cybersecurity Strategy into practical, market-ready changes across Asia. You will partner with Global Cybersecurity, Asia markets and service owners to embed change enablement, adoption and benefits realization within planning and delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience across cybersecurity transformation or complex technology change.
Proven application of structured change methods (ADKAR) in large-scale programs; CCMP/Prosci preferred.
Experience leading process reengineering, intake, prioritization and demand management.

Responsibilities

Translate Global Cybersecurity Strategy and Asia priorities into coordinated transformation plans.
Assess impacts, dependencies and adoption risks; define mitigations and sequencing.
Partner with Asia CISO capabilities, Global Cybersecurity, markets, and service owners to embed change and benefits realization.
Apply Change Enablement Framework; coach delivery teams and use data to sustain adoption.
Lead security behavior and culture initiatives across Asia business and technology teams.
Map and reengineer cybersecurity processes and stakeholder journeys for efficiency and accountability.
