Job summary

Manulife Financial in Hong Kong seeks an experienced IT Programme Manager to coordinate the Regional Health Technology programme across Asia, connecting regional health teams, technology, data and external partners to translate strategy into an executable portfolio.

The role blends strategic leadership with delivery accountability, requiring strong governance, RAID management, financial control and executive reporting to drive health data initiatives, claims analytics and digital health

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
Extensive experience leading complex technology programmes in regulated industries.
Proven delivery across multiple markets, functions and vendors.
Strong integrated planning, governance, RAID management and reporting.
Experience with data, AI and health‑tech initiatives.
Experience managing investments, budgeting and benefits realisation.
Experience delivering regional transformation across Asia with cross‑functional teams.
PM certification (PMP/MSP/PRINCE2) preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the Regional Health Technology programme across Asia.
Establish and maintain an integrated programme roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
Own programme planning, RAID management and governance, with executive reporting.
Lead development of business cases, budgets and funding submissions.
Coordinate discovery, agile delivery and release governance.
Oversee market rollout, adoption and benefits tracking across Asia markets.
Manage stakeholder, vendor and partner relationships across regional and market teams.
Ensure health-data governance, privacy and cross-border data considerations.
