• 4-8+ years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent advisory role
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream projects with senior stakeholder engagement
• Experience translating policy, strategy, and operating challenges into actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stakeholder consulting projects and cultural programmes (strategy, operating model, policy, funding frameworks, organisational design)
• Define project scope, workplans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to high quality standards
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners (artists, cultural institutions, government bodies, funders, NGOs)
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients (C-suite, government officials, board members, cultural leaders)
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and co-creation sessions with diverse stakeholders across the arts and culture ecosystem
• Translate complex policy, strategic, and operational challenges into clear, actionable recommendations
• Develop strategies, policy frameworks, and programme designs for arts and culture clients
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and best-practice analysis across local and international cultural sectors
• Support business development: contribute to proposals, pitch decks, and thought leadership in the arts & culture space
