Job summary

Emperor Entertainment (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Distribution Executive / Distribution Executive to support movie distribution operations in Hong Kong. The role coordinates artistes schedules, public appearances, travel logistics and itineraries to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities include handling communications, personal administration, billing, project work, social media content posting, and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, Public Relations, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent management, PR, events, or the entertainment industry.
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, photography, and video editing.
• Good Team player, proactive, self-motivated, independent, detailed-minded and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays based on artiste schedules.

Responsibilities

• Keep artistes fully informed of daily schedules and events to ensure smooth execution.
• Arrange public appearances, coordinate travel logistics, and maintain up-to-date itineraries.
• Handle correspondence and phone calls, manage personal administration, and oversee billing.
• Manage assigned projects, conduct necessary research, and follow through on personal tasks.
• Manage content posting and editing across various social media platforms.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
