We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate activities ranging from simple tasks to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / AI Specialist to join our client’s team in Hong Kong. The resource will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions within an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI/LLMs, RAG, data engineering, cloud platforms, APIs, MLOps, and AI security. Experience delivering AI solutions in the insurance or financial services sector will be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions to address business and operational requirements.
• Develop production-grade applications and AI solutions using Python and relevant software development frameworks.
• Build and implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent technologies.
• Develop Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI applications.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrating enterprise data and knowledge repositories.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines required for AI/ML model training, inference, and analytics.
• Work with vector databases and knowledge management solutions to support enterprise AI use cases.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and other system interfaces to connect AI solutions with enterprise applications.
• Deploy and manage AI/ML solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, or equivalent cloud environments.
• Implement MLOps practices, including model deployment, versioning, monitoring, performance management, and lifecycle management.
• Establish appropriate AI model governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, application teams, infrastructure teams, and other technology functions to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and continuously improve AI/ML models and applications in production environments.
• Prepare technical documentation covering architecture, models, APIs, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with applicable enterprise security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
