Job summary

中合置業有限公司 is seeking a senior operations leader to shape the Art Centre and Heritage Park's strategic plan and oversee space utilization, exhibitions, and partnerships. You will drive cross‑department collaboration and lead teams to deliver high-impact cultural experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, an eye for aesthetics, and fluency in English and Putonghua to liaise with Hong Kong and Mainland China partners. This is a high-responsibility, on-site position in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall operational strategy and plan for the Art Centre and Heritage Park.
• Co-curate exhibitions with renowned exhibition organizers from Hong Kong and Mainland China, establishing Hong Kong's cinematic history as a signature cultural landmark.
• Enhance the utilization efficiency and business mix of commercial, performance/exhibition, and supporting spaces within the Art Centre.

Job description

2.Exhibition & Event Planning

Co‑curate exhibitions with renowned exhibition organizers from Hong Kong and Mainland China, establishing Hong Kong's cinematic history as a signature cultural landmark.

3.Space Operations & Business Mix Optimization

Enhance the utilization efficiency and business mix of commercial, performance/exhibition, and supporting spaces within the Art Centre.

Qualifications:

• 1.8+ years of working experience in cultural and creative industries, physical assets, or financial-cultural sectors, including no less than 3years of senior management experience at Project Director level or above.
• 2.Strong aesthetic sense, project coordination and cross-departmental communication skills, and proven team leadership under high pressure.
• 3.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua
• 4.Experience in a museum or other cultural organization is a must
