Ronald Lu & Partners (Hong Kong) Ltd. is seeking a Registered Architect with 1–2 years post-qualification experience.

Proficiency in REVIT for BIM design authoring, statutory submission, coordination and production workflow is a MUST. The candidate should have design flair on large-scale residential developments and mix-use commercial/hospitality projects in Hong Kong and PRC, with strong sustainable design knowledge.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with 1 – 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT for BIM design authoring, statutory submission, coordination, and production workflow.
• Has design flair on large scale residential development and mix-use commercial and hospitality projects in Hong Kong and PRC.
• In-depth knowledge on sustainable design and details.
• Demonstrate sound leadership skill in team management and ensure the project/design quality scheduling and execution.
