Job summary

AGC Design Ltd is seeking an Architect for Hong Kong projects to join a design-oriented firm engaged in challenging local and international ventures. The candidate should be a qualified architect (HKIA or equivalent) with strong design sense and experience in tender/docs coordination, and review of contractor submissions.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, 3D Studio Viz, Photoshop and SketchUp is required, with BIM knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified architect, HKIA or equivalent.
• Experience in design, tender / construction documentation and coordination, and review of contractor’s submissions.
• Good CAD presentation and drafting skill.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, 3D Studio Viz, Photoshop, Sketch Up.
• Knowledge or experience in BIM will be better.
• Self-motivation and able to work within a team.
