Responsibilities
- Lead in prestigious residential projects alongside the team.
- Prepare general building plans and construction drawings.
- Provide contract administration support and coordination with consultants.
- Contribute to ad hoc assignments as required by the project team.

ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
Registered Architect (HKIA) with min 2 years’ post qualification experience (for the post of Architect). Candidate with less experience will be considered as Architectural Assistant
Well-versed with local building regulations, preparation of general building plans and construction drawings
Proficient in contract administration and production of construction drawings
Work with the team for other ad hoc assignments
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other graphic presentation software
Computer skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up, Illustrator, InDesign
