Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a accounting degree, at least one year of experience, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, plus a collaborative team spirit, are essential for a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year solid accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Fresh graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting functions and transactions.
• AR balance reconciliation and adjustment.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ERP procedures.
• Assist in year-end audit and legal filing with auditor and company secretary.
• Prepare business analysis for management.
• Support month-end closing and regular management reports.
