Job summary

KGI Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable candidate to support trading systems, manage user access, and assist in AI-enabled workflow optimizations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations, testing, and incident handling, while maintaining clear communication with users in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years in brokerage, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1-2 years working experience, local brokerage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing first-line support for digital trading systems.
• Support daily digital system requests and issues, ensuring timely resolutions with stakeholders.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and limit adjustments.
• Prepare test plans and test cases; participate in UAT on digital platforms.
• Maintain regular system checks and act as gatekeeper for production/UAT environments.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and leverage AI to optimize workflows.
• Assist in incident management activities – coordinating with business and technology teams.
• Support development of user manuals; assist team leader with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing first-line support for digital systems, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user inquiries related to trading systems.
• Support daily digital system requests and issues, ensuring effective and timely resolutions while maintaining communication with users and stakeholders.
• Support system administration, including managing user accounts, permissions, and limit adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation of test plans and test cases.
• Support the performance of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the digital platforms.
• Maintain regular system checks and maintenance tasks.
• Acting as the gatekeeper for the production and UAT environments, ensuring all changes are correctly applied, tested, and deployed.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated, and leverage AI to optimize workflows.
• Assist in incident management activities – coordinating and resolving incidents involving business and technology communication.
• Support the development of user manuals.
• Maintain daily operations related to trading systems.
• Assist the team leader in coordinating administrative work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 1-2 years working experience, experience in local brokerage business preferred
• Customer-oriented and proactive
• Business analysis experiences and AI background and would be advantages
• Strong market sense and responsive to users' needs
• Innovative, creative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
