Job summary

Xenus Technology Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support to provide tier 1 support across retail operations for users in Hong Kong and Macau. You will troubleshoot, implement solutions, and deliver user training for desktop applications, POS systems, and ERP modules.

The role requires a university degree or IT-discipline diploma, 2 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• University graduate or Diploma holder in IT related disciplines.
• 2 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Good command of English; Mandarin an advantage but not compulsory.
• Self-motivated with strong customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.

• Prepare training materials including training video and user manuals.
• Assist the Group’s development team with enterprise system quality assurance.
• Liaise with Local and Group IT team members and/or internal users to complete assigned tasks.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• University graduate or Diploma holder in IT related disciplines.
• 2 years relevant working experience. Working experience in the retail or distribution industry is a definite advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows platforms.
• Good command of English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be a great advantage, but it is not compulsory.
• Self-motivated, good customer services and capable to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
