Job summary

IMC, a leading trading firm, seeks a Trading Operations Analyst to support APAC Middle Office for systematic equities and ETF desks. You will manage corporate actions lifecycle, provide traders with position clarity, and coordinate with prime brokers to ensure smooth trading operations.

The role requires 2–4 years in middle office or related roles, a finance-related degree, and strong detail orientation under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Middle Office, Trade Support or Product Control.
• Tertiary education in Finance, Economics, Commerce or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across different markets.
• Collaborative team player with proactive communication.
• Experience with Python, SQL, VBA and Claude Code preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage full lifecycle of corporate actions and position changes.
• Provide traders with clear view of tradable positions and issues before entry.
• Coordinate with prime brokers and clearers to correct reports across counterparties.
• Reconcile P&L and cash breaks including swap-related and corporate action-driven breaks.
• Contribute to ETF P&L analysis and multi-currency complexity.
• Participate in design/build of internal tooling for visibility of issues.
