Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is partnering with an asset manager launching an AI Data Center Fund in Asia Pacific. We seek a senior Fundraising and Investor Relations professional to lead capital formation for real asset-backed, tokenised investment vehicles.

Responsibilities include sourcing institutional and family office LPs across Asia-Pacific (ex Mainland China), managing the investor lifecycle, and coordinating outreach campaigns to support a tokenisation strategy and regulatory-compliant

Qualifications

• 6+ years of fundraising, capital formation, or investor relations in real assets, infra or alternative funds.
• Proven track record raising capital for blind-pool or project-based funds.
• Strong institutional network across Asia-Pacific (ex Mainland China), including sovereigns, pension funds, and family offices.
• Understanding tokenisation, digital securities, or blockchain-enabled fund structures preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, tech-curious mindset with independent work style in fast-evolving investment environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute fundraising initiatives for the fund's real asset-backed, tokenised vehicles.
• Identify and engage institutional and family office investors across Asia-Pacific.
• Leverage networks to build recurring capital partnerships with LPs.
• Manage the full investor lifecycle from pitch to onboarding, diligence, and reporting.
• Collaborate with investment teams to craft tailored investment solutions and placement strategies.
• Oversee IR content, roadshows, and digital outreach aligned with tokenisation strategy.
