Job summary

LSEG is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Consulting to lead Low Latency and Enterprise Data Solutions across APAC, combining strategic solution consulting with pre-sales leadership. The role engages with exchanges, banks, hedge funds and market infrastructures to accelerate adoption of LSEG data solutions.

You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Customer Success and Delivery teams to design, evaluate and adopt LSEG's market data solutions, while also supporting strategic

Qualifications

• Significant experience in capital markets, market data, or trading tech environments.
• Strong understanding of real-time market data distribution and low latency infrastructure.
• Proven experience in customer consulting, pre-sales or related roles.
• Solid knowledge of trading workflows across buy-side/sell-side/exchange environments.
• Hands-on C++ development with ability to demonstrate library integration.
• Experience in Linux-based development/production environments.
• Familiarity with low latency hardware architectures and network stacks.
• Ability to engage with executive and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional SME for LSEG's Low Latency and Enterprise Data Solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops and shape strategic opportunities across APAC.
• Design solution strategies aligned with customer objectives and product capabilities.
• Support sales cycles with demos, PoCs, RFPs/RFIs.
• Develop business cases and value propositions for customer outcomes.
• Mentor consultants and share best practices across engagements.
• Represent LSEG at conferences and executive briefings.
