Job summary

Chase Bank in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate in APAC Risk Business Management to translate executive asks into structured plans and actionable insights. You will develop high-quality materials and automate reporting while collaborating with senior leaders across geographies on regional and global initiatives.

You will leverage AI/LLMs, advanced analytics, and Excel/PowerPoint to improve decision support and management information.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, CS or related field with at least 4 years in a COO/BA function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong time management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with execution focus.
• Experience delivering presentations/reports to diverse stakeholders with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs and applying them to business processes; proficient in MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
• Communicate with business partners to understand priorities, align on requirements, and drive next steps.
• Project-manage and deliver key workstreams and tasks.
• Design automated management information solutions and interactive dashboards to enhance insight generation and transparency.
• Leverage AI, LLMs, and automation to improve workflow efficiency, forecasting, decision support, and information quality.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, strategic narratives with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Create wireframes and mockups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Identify business risks and drive mitigating controls implementation.
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables and action plans.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
