Job summary

Imagesound Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Finance Supervisor to manage APAC contracts, invoicing, and AR. You will maintain flawless financial records in the ERP system and coordinate with headquarters to ensure timely payment and accurate reporting.

The role requires precise data handling, invoicing in line with contracts, and supporting financial close-outs and ad hoc projects. Based in Admiralty/Central area, this position offers on-site work in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Experience managing APAC finance processes and coordinating with HQ
• Ability to prepare and issue invoices aligned with contract terms
• Strong data accuracy in financial records and ERP entry

Responsibilities

• Manage APAC project contracts, renewals, and financial documentation.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate invoices in line with contract terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and follow up on overdue balances.
• Maintain financial records and ensure accurate data management within the ERP system.
• Support invoice reconciliation, reporting, and financial close-out activities.
• Coordinate finance related matters between APAC teams and headquarters.
• Prepare financial reports and support ad hoc finance and operational projects.
