Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Partner Manager to lead our ecosystem across Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines. You will nurture partners, drive joint GTM plans, generate pipeline, and ensure successful customer outcomes while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams.

The role requires 10+ years in partner or sales leadership, a strong security and cloud background, and experience leveraging AI to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partner/channel management or sales leadership in technology/SaaS.
• Strong coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with cloud services and enterprise software.
• AI-enabled workflows or AI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partner practices across regions and product areas.
• Lead end-to-end sales engagements with partners to accelerate deals.
• Develop and execute joint GTM plans and demand generation activities.
• Govern partner ecosystem including readiness assessments, QBRs, health analysis, and metrics reporting.
• Ensure partners have the right competencies, certifications, and co-delivery capabilities.
• Align partner investments with ServiceNow's strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
