Job summary

Mercer in Hong Kong is seeking an MMB Multinational Senior Client Manager to lead a portfolio of dynamic, cross-border health and benefits clients. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and offers exposure to a growing Asia-Pacific team.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate with regional teams, deliver strategic guidance, and drive initiatives to improve service excellence while supporting the sales team to win new clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Broking experience (Health, Life and Disability).
• Ability to cultivate client relationships and manage challenging client demands.
• Strong project management and operational skills – able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships for a portfolio of dynamic, complex clients with support from project managers.
• Become the trusted advisor, build strong relationships and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with global counterparts and guide junior team members across regions.
