JLL is seeking a Managing Director, Financial Services, Account Management Asia Pacific, to lead a strategic portfolio of major banking, insurance, and financial institutions across APAC. You will own client satisfaction, growth, profitability and operational excellence, acting as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor to C-suite executives.

You will drive transformation with technology, AI capabilities, and cross‑service line collaboration to deliver enterprise‑wide real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, or professional services.
• Proven success managing large, complex client relationships with banking, insurance or financial services clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic portfolio of financial services clients across APAC.
• Own client satisfaction, retention, growth, and profitability for the accounts.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation to reduce cost-to-serve and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with Workplace Management, Project & Development Services, Portfolio Services, Capital Markets and Valuation to deliver integrated solutions.
