Qualifications

• The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years in CRE, corporate real estate, or professional services.
• Extensive APAC market experience with senior stakeholder engagement at C-suite level.
• Strong executive presence, strategic vision and ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Secure and retain strategic APAC accounts with proactive relationship management.
• Lead renewals with CFO/COO and CRE stakeholders; expand pipeline in financial services.
• Develop account plans and cross-service line expansion opportunities.
• Oversee P&L, fee revenue, and year-on-year growth with strong client satisfaction metrics.
