Job summary

LuxExperience seeks a PR & Events Assistant in Hong Kong to support the APAC marketing, PR, and events teams. You will report to the Head of Marketing, PR & Events, APAC and help build media relations, influencer partnerships, and client events across Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Korea, and Taiwan.

Qualifications

• Graduate with PR & Events experience in luxury fashion.
• Strong internship or summer marketing experience in luxury/online retail.
• Understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
• Proactive with initiative to promote NET-A-PORTER offerings.
• Commercial experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Korean advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing, PR & Events (APAC).
• Provide day-to-day tactical support to the PR & Events team across designer- and product-related activities.
• Build relationships with media, stylists, fashion bloggers and influencers across APAC.
• Develop creative approaches to communicate brand stories to media (pitching ideas).
• Brainstorm and develop themes, concepts, and experiences for PR and client events.
• Plan and execute PR and client events, including launches and local activations.
• Manage timelines and coordinate with vendors for invitations and content.
• Oversee event logistics and post-event evaluations.
• Manage press loan calls and image requests.
• Oversee APAC press lists, venues, vendors and PR contacts.
• Monitor competitor activity across APAC markets and share updates.
• Support Marketing with reporting and liaise with stakeholders.
