Barclays APAC Liquid Financing RTB team seeks a senior leader to ensure stability and operational excellence of trading and financing platforms. You will drive AI-enabled improvements, partner with stakeholders, and uplift overall user experience across HK and regional teams.

• Proven leadership in Markets Technology RTB/Production Support.
• Experience supporting mission-critical trading/financing platforms in high-volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior business and technology.
• Incidents, problems, risk, and service management expertise.
• Ability to lead distributed teams across a global org.
